What our staff can do before your wedding day:

  • Begin with a clear idea of what your desires are.
  • Select vendors that will accomplish and fulfill your dream.
  • Accompany you to vendor appointments.
  • Schedule on site visits with your team of vendors.
  • Help you stay within your budget and save money.
  • Educate you about what you will need to accomplish on your own…wedding license, alterations, name change etc.
  • Communicate final preparations, guest counts and menu selections to caterers and other vendors.
  • Arrange rehearsal/ rehearsal dinner.

What our staff can do on your wedding day:

  • Ensure that all family, attendants and vendors have up-to-date copies of your itinerary.
  • Ensure that all vendors have been properly contacted and are aware of timing and placement.
  • Carry copies of all contracts and contacts in order to avoid mistakes.
  • Review all rental agreements and ensure accurate deliveries of all goods and services.
  • Serve as emergency contact for those guests and family who are lost or having other issues.
  • Provide pre-ceremony catering.
  • Coordinate attendants, family members and musicians for ceremony.
  • Set up place cards, favors, photos or other decorative items previously specified.
  • Distribute flowers to attendants and family members; as well as pin boutonnières and corsages.
  • Light candles.
  • Organize attendants for Grand Entrance.
  • Dismiss tables to buffet.
  • Decorate departing transportation.
  • Decorate Honeymoon suite.
  • Secure and transport gifts and personal items.

Wedding Packages

Le Jour Package

This is our day of coordinating package for the couple who has planned it all and would like details of the day to be handled, so they can enjoy themselves. This package includes at no additional cost:
PRE PLANNING

  • Initial consultation to discuss needs and develop rapport.
  • One in person meeting prior on the site of your ceremony and reception for assessment of itinerary and schematics.
  • One in person meeting 4-6 weeks prior to check for overlooked details, tie up loose ends and finalize itinerary and schematics.
  • Review vendor contracts.
  • Create personalized Itinerary and distribute to vendors.
  • Create personalized schematic and distribute to vendors.
  • Confirm arrangements and details with vendors.

REHEARSAL

  • Receive all personal items and create checklist of items.
  • Distribute Itinerary to family, bridal party and friends.
  • Synchronization of the rehearsal.

WEDDING DAY

  • Oversee set up and design of ceremony and reception details, ensuring personalization to your specifications.
  • Greeting and managing of vendors on wedding day.
  • Pay vendor balances and/or gratuities.
  • Ensure set up of dinner tables is accurate seating and placement set to specification.
  • Assistance/distribution of boutonnieres, corsages, and wedding flowers.
  • Placement of special items: programs, guest book, gift table, favors, place cards, cameras, toasting flutes, cake knife, etc.
  • Coordinate ushers of seating plan, special family seating.
  • Line up of processional, cue musicians for ceremony processional.
  • Direct guests to cocktail reception.
  • Assist MC in cues for grand entrance, bride and groom, bridal party and family for all customs, formalities and toasts.
  • Guide you graciously through your day and keep things running on schedule.
  • Acting as a liaison for wedding party, guests, family members and vendors.
  • Answer guest questions and concerns throughout the day.
  • Supervise and communicate with the chef and catering staff.
  • Ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences.
  • Emergency Kit.
  • Make certain personal items are recovered at the end of the evening.
  • Ascertain grand exit and your transportation.
  • As needed, 1 additional staff member on the day of your event.

Le Jour Plus Package

This is our day of coordinating package enhanced and personalized for the couple who have chosen a location and would like guidance for some other aspects of their special day .
This package includes at no additional cost Le Jour Package PLUS:

  • Unlimited consultation via phone/email.
  • Vendor referrals.
  • Custom wedding checklist and calendar.
  • Guidance and pointers.
  • Schedule and attend two booked vendor appointments of your choice.
  • Order  and coordinate rentals
  • Ensure pick up and return of rentals.
  • Shipping of personal items if necessary.

Le Petit Package

This package takes planning to the next level. With these services we are able to help guide you to create the wedding day you dream of. We take the stress off you and your loved ones by tackling many of the most time consuming and stressful duties. Plus, we help you save time and money by creating and sticking to a budget.
This package includes Le Jour Package and in addition:
PRE PLANNING

  • Unlimited consultation via phone/email.
  • Unlimited appointment arrangement.
  • Budget development and management.
  • Out of town guest hotel blocking.
  • Personalized itinerary and event packet.
  • Custom wedding checklist and calendar.
  • Assistance selecting vendors.
  • Etiquette guidance and pointers.
  • Guidance with design of your events.
  • Coordination of the rehearsal dinner planning.
  • Order and coordinate rentals
  • Ensure pick up and return of rentals.
  • Shipping of personal items if necessary.
Up to 3 staff members on the day of your event

Le Grande Package

This is our most comprehensive package. This is designed for the couple who desires an elaborate affair; is from out of town; or three day weekend wedding with separate activities and entertainment for their guests.
This package includes Le Jour Package and in addition:

  • Unlimited consultation via phone/email.
  • Unlimited meetings with couple and/or vendors
  • Unlimited appointment arrangement.
  • Location scouting, finalizing details once site is selected.
  • Vendor search and referrals based on details and budget.
  • Schedule/attend booking vendor appointments.
  • Design themes and décor to ensure personalization and distinctiveness.
  • Order and coordinate rentals
  • Ensure pick up and return of rentals.
  • Guidance and pointers.
  • Assistance of menu selection/service style.
  • Out of town guest hotel blocking.
  • Out of town guest weekend entertainment activities.
  • Out of town gift baskets arranged and delivered to hotels.
  • Engagement or Wedding Announcements sent to Newspapers.*
  • Seating chart design and production.
